We accept DMCA notifications via email that include all of the following information:

 1 Source IP Address
 2 Last seen / scanned date and time with time zone indicated
 3 Notifiers email, physical address and telephone number. If we confirm by telephone, Notifier must answer or return the phone call.
 4 Clearly indicates what the offending content is

Notification must be sent to the address listed below. Notification addressed to other email addresses will be disregard and treated as SPAM.
The source IP must be one that is listed as an end user network hosted by IOS in whois for the regional routing registry for the United States. This can be confirmed via whois at ARIN.NET.

IP source addresses allocated to another Service Provider by IOS must be first reported to that abuse contact as listed in ARIN. We only accept mailed copies of requests for such allocated space and notifier must include the original request to allocated contact. Look at our contact page for more details.
